The Broker/Owner of DN Commercial, Danny Nguyen has more than 12 years experience in commercial real estate in Houston and surrounding cities including Sugar Land, Missouri City, Pearland, Richmond and Galveston.
He and his team specialize in income-producing properties, shopping centers, buildings and land. They have leased, managed, brokered and developed hundreds of thousands of square feet of retail space - in addition to conducting multimillion-dollar transactions with large and small landlords, tenants, sellers, buyers and investors.
Danny utilizes his knowledge and experience to help tenants pinpoint the most advantageous and cost-effective location for their business. He helps landlords fill their retail centers with credit-worthy tenants, from <Mom & Pop shops> to national tenants such as Subway, Family Dollar, Nationwide Insurance, H&R Block, Cricket Wireless and CVS. He assists buyers in finding beneficial investments for their portfolios, whether those acquisitions are shopping centers, other income-producing properties or land. Working with Danny, sellers find buyers in a reasonable timeframe and with the highest-possible return.
